Navigation Support: 800 multilingual signages are being installed, and over 2.69 lakh checkered plates have been laid for pathways.

Advanced Surveillance: Deployment of 2,700 AI-enabled CCTV cameras, drones, and facial recognition technology for crowd monitoring.
Fire and Disaster Management: Four advanced Articulating Water Towers and multi-disaster response vehicles are in place, with a ₹131 crore allocation for fire safety.
Underwater Drones: First-time deployment of drones capable of diving up to 100 meters for Sangam surveillance.
