Mandya, Karnataka: In a major development for the residents of Kodi Shettypura and Siddapura Dhakle villages in Srirangapatna taluk, Mandya district, Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, approved the construction of bus shelters under “Additional Road Safety Works” on the Bengaluru-Mysuru section of NH-275. The approval comes after a formal request from Union Minister for Heavy Industries and Steel, H.D. I thank Shri Nitin Gadkari Ji for recognizing the importance of this request and ensuring its approval promptly,” Kumaraswamy said.
This initiative is expected to greatly benefit the surrounding villages by providing much-needed infrastructure, thereby improving connectivity and fostering rural development. The collaboration between the two Union Ministers underscores the commitment of the central government to prioritize rural infrastructure under its development agenda.
